If you’re not completely satisfied with anything that you have ordered from us, please return them within 14 days in a resalable condition and we will refund you. Please note that Partyware Online will not cover the cost of return postage unless items are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied.
Please return your goods with a copy of your invoice and we will process your refund within 24 hours of receipt.
